Answer 1:
Somebody is always going to be the tank bully. If you remove him, another one will be just as mean as he was. Take this for example. In my 75 gallon reef tank, I had a foxface rabbitfish, yellow tang, maroon clownfish, domino damsel, and some mandarins and gobies. The stupid clownfish was always fighting with every fish that came near it. I wanted to get rid of him, but I'd have to remove all my live rock and coral. Since he was always the first to the food at feeding time, I froze a piece of his food on a fishing hook and caught him :P. The next day, my domino damsel was chasing everybody around. When he finally died, the rabbitfish was chasing everyone around. It's all about who is in charge of the whole tank. When one fish is more aggressive than another, it keeps the other fish in check. When that one's gone, the second most aggressive fish is the alpha-fish. Since cichlids are always naturally going to be aggressive, putting them in a box isn't going to help. I suggest you just get a lot more hiding spots for them. Cichlids love rocks with holes and caves. Plants can be decent, but cichlids always make their homes in small holes in rocks. The more holes you have for hiding spots, and the more you break the line of sight, the less often they will be fighting.

Answer 2:
The firemouth cichlid is defending its territory. The texas cichlid would be a good match for the firemouth cichlid when the texas cichlid grows. 130 liters is almost 35 gallons. It may be a good idea to get a 55 gallon tank or bigger.

Answer 3:
My firemouth cichlids did the same thing, especially when I introduced a new one. Try re-arranging your tank, that way its sort a "new" environment to them all. They'll start to redefine their territories, it worked for me.
